We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
How do I schedule a tour of the property?
Call, text, or email us to schedule a tour. If you're in the area; just stop by the leasing office.
Where is the Property/Leasing Office located?
The property is located at 200 Hypoluxo Road in Hypoluxo, Florida. We are right on the edge of Lantana and Boynton Beach.
The Leasing Office is located across the street from our beautiful townhomes. We are in the JFB Construction office at 555 Hypoluxo Road, Suite B, Lantana, FL 33462.
Do you have any current leasing specials?
Of course! We are currently offering $50 APP FEES + $150 ADMIN FEE.
How do I apply?
Just click "Apply Now" at the top of the page...Or click "More" in the menu bar, and then select "APPLICATION." You can also call, text, or email us and we'll be happy to send you one. If you're in the neighborhood; come into the office and pick one up in person.
In order to apply, you'll need the following:
-Application (Per occupant over the age of 18)
-State ID/Driver's License (Per occupant over the age of 18)
-Pay Stubs (1 month of your most current) OR 12 months of bank statements.
-Rental Verification Form
-$50 Application Fee (Money Order or Cashier's Check)
-$150 Administration Fee (Money Order or Cashier's Check)
What are the move-in costs?
First, Last, and Security.
How much is the Security Deposit?
Your Security Deposit is based on your credit history.
What are your requirements to qualify?
In order to qualify to live at The Preserve at Hypoluxo; we take into account income, credit, and background history. That includes prior rental history as well.
In terms of income, your household's gross income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Do you allow pets?
Absolutely! We allow dogs, cats, fish, etc. If you have a question about breed, or species restrictions; just ask.
2 pet maximum per household.
How much are your pet fees?
$350 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Per Pet)
$15/month Pet Rent (Per Pet)
And no...we don't charge pet fees or pet rent for a fish!
Is there assigned parking?
Each townhouse has 2 reserved spaces directly in front of the unit. We have guest parking by the pool, and on the west end of the property.
What amenities does the community have?
We are surrounded by the 97 acre Hypoluxo Nature Preserve; filled with nature, wildlife, and fitness trails.
Our community has a swimming pool. It's perfect for those hot summer days!
We are within walking distance to a major shopping center; including a grocery and large box retailers.
We are a short drive from the intracoastal, ocean, and public waterfront parks. You can also ride your bike or walk. We're only 2 miles from the beach!
